Raised Decking in West Hampstead – North London

This large, slightly raised deck was constructed using a mixture of materials. The deck board used was Ipe hardwood, the handrail was cedar and the spindles aluminium. Together these blended together to create a real wow factor to any visitor to this lovely house in West Hampstead.

Some people choose to have their deck boards running out from the house as was the case for this deck. This will give a slight illusion that the deck is larger than what it is. Some artists also believe that running the deck boards out from the house will draw one’s eye down the garden from the deck.

These clients had a specific and detailed vision of how they wanted their deck and the Greater London Decking team delivered. Looking at the photo’s I’d say they were very satisfied indeed!
