Raised Decking in Croydon – South London

This raised deck in Croydon was constructed using Southern Yellow Pine – an American softwood decking timber. The existing concrete structure was unsightly and dangerous. The new deck has a child gate at the top of the staircase to provide a safe area for the children to play. Underneath this deck has been transformed into a storage area that eliminates the need for a garden shed and frees up valuable space in the garden. The glass panels in the balustrade retain the excellent view from the clients living area and gave the whole project a modern appearance.
