Patio Decking in Stockwell –
Southwest London Garden
Garden decks are an important addition to London Gardens in
particular. Often the soil is poor and there is insufficient light
for 'flower' gardening. recreation is becoming more important as the
stress of office and other work is becoming a normal fact of working
life. What better than to be able to put your feet up in the garden
and relax with company or a drop of whatever you want.
This backyard in this Stockwell garden was overgrown,
messy and totally un-useable. The Greater London Decking team came
in, cleared all the rubbish, cut back the trees and shrubs, and made
this precious London outdoor space work. With black slate on most of
the area and an Ipe hardwood deck at the back, the whole area is now
maintenance free and a pleasant get away from the hustle and bustle
of south-west London.
The large concrete rose planter certainly wasn’t the easiest thing
to move through a terraced house in London – but ingenuity prevailed
and the task was completed!
